Money Market is a free monthly newspaper that was launched in July 2005. Since then, Money Market has become a leading publication in personal finance and consumer issues. I have been in charge of the project since the beginning.
Event Organizer: Setting up of “The Consumers´ and Investors´ Forums” (Reporting to the CEO and the PR Director)
- Agree and set overall marketing communication strategy.
- Search, negotiate and develop relationships with sponsors: Barclays, Banco Santander, Abbey, Iberia, etc.
- Ensuring the timely delivery of project actions and budgetary control.
Marketing Manager (Reporting to the Marketing Director)
- Make and manage contacts and establish a completely new contact database.
- Setting and scheduling of advertising proposals.
- Create and schedule of Money Market´s and The Consumers´and Investor´ Forums´ national campaigns and study of the results.
Distribution Manager (Reporting to the Vice-president)
- Management and optimisation of the distribution of Money Market Newspaper: 60,000 newspapers per issue.
- Continuous research and translation of customer segmentation into an effective contact and retention strategy in order to deliver relevant, inspiring communications to drive sales and loyalty.
- Budget, organise and manage subscriptions: almost 2000 subscribers.
Public Relations Manager (Reporting to the PR Director and Editor in Chief)
- Building and managing business-to-business relationships, achieving improvements in Money Market´s situation. Viva España and Find.co.uk.
- Managing corporate identity.
- Communicating with advertisers to optimise their satisfaction.
